إعلان عن فتح باب التسجيل للانضمام إلى العيادة القانونية بجامعة محمد الأول
في إطار مشروع تعزيز مشاركة المجتمع المدني والجامعات - جهة الشرق، المنفذ من طرفة مؤسسة الأطلس الكبير للتنمية المستدامة بدعم من الصندوق الوطني للديمقراطية وتنسيق وشراكة مع جامعة محمد الأول والعيادة القانونية بكلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بوجدة، يسرنا أن نعلن عن فتح باب التقديم لطلبة الماجستير والدكتوراه في القانون العام والخاص، بقسميه العربي والفرنسي، للالتحاق بالعيادة القانونية.
يتمثل الهدف الأساسي للعيادة القانونية في تعزيز مكانة الشباب والنساء والفئات الهشة من خلال تقديم المساعدة القانونية المجانية في مجالات مثل الهجرة والوساطة الأسرية والإتجار بالبشر. وتوفر العيادة التدريب على ريادة الأعمال والأساليب التشاركية لتعزيز المشاركة المدنية والاقتصادية.
تساهم العيادة القانونية في إشراك طلاب القانون المتدربين في التعلم التجريبي والتطبيقي، مما يسمح لهم بتقديم المساعدة القانونية الأساسية للمجتمعات الهشة في جهة الشرق. من خلال هذا التدريب العملي الإنساني، يقدم الطلاب المساعدة القانونية للمستفيدين يعانون من مشاكل قانونية وظروف اجتماعية تحولهم دون الولوج إلى العدالة.
يرجى من الطلاب المهتمين بالانضمام إلى العيادة القانونية للاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي وورش العمل والمشاركة في أنشطة العيادة القانونية تعبئة استمارة الطلب في موعد أقصاه 15 يوليوز 2024، الساعة 6:00 مساءً.

Announcement: Registration Opens to Join The Legal Clinic at Mohammed I University
The High Atlas Foundation in Partnership with Mohammed Premier University is excited to announce the opening of applications for Master’s and Doctorate students in both Public and Private Law programs, available in Arabic and French sections, to join the legal clinic. The Promoting Civil Society-University Project is funded by the National Endowment of Democracy and in collaboration with The Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law (CJFD).
The primary objective of the Legal Clinic is to enhance the status of youth, women, and underrepresented communities by offering free legal aid in areas such as migration, family mediation, and reconciliation. Additionally, it provides training in entrepreneurship and participatory methods to promote civic and economic engagement. The CJFD involves advanced law students in experiential learning, allowing them to provide essential legal aid to underserved communities in Oujda and the surrounding region. Through this humanitarian practicum, students offer legal assistance to real clients with real legal issues, following a period of training, thus gaining practical, hands-on experience.
Students interested in joining the CJFD to benefit from the training program, workshops, and participate in the clinic’s activities are invited to complete the application form by July 15th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

La Fondation High Atlas en partenariat avec l'Université Mohammed Premier est ravie d'annoncer l'ouverture des candidatures pour les étudiants en Master et Doctorat en droit public et privé, disponibles en sections arabe et française, pour rejoindre la clinique juridique. Le Projet de Promotion de la Société Civile-Université est financé par la National Endowment for Democracy et en collaboration avec la Clinique Juridique de la Faculté de Droit (CJFD).
L'objectif principal de la Clinique Juridique est d'améliorer la situation des jeunes, des femmes et des communautés sous-représentées en offrant une aide juridique gratuite dans des domaines tels que la migration, la médiation familiale et la réconciliation. De plus, elle offre une formation en entrepreneuriat et des méthodes participatives pour promouvoir l'engagement civique et économique. La CJFD implique des étudiants en droit avancé dans un apprentissage expérientiel, leur permettant de fournir une aide juridique essentielle aux communautés mal desservies d'Oujda et de la région environnante. Grâce à ce stage humanitaire, les étudiants offrent une assistance juridique à de vrais clients ayant de vrais problèmes juridiques, après une période de formation, acquérant ainsi une expérience pratique et concrète.
Les étudiants intéressés à rejoindre la CJFD pour bénéficier du programme de formation, des ateliers et participer aux activités de la clinique sont invités à remplir le formulaire de candidature avant le 15 juillet 2024 à 18h00.
